Digital painting is a way to make easily accessible, affordable art. I try to root my digital pieces in traditions of painting by creating from observation and namely paint my surroundings – home, plants, scenes from my studio. These pieces were started at the beginning of the pandemic as a way to develop intimacy and a positive relationship with my environment during a time of isolation.
